Shipping
All orders are shipped via Australia Post and carefully packaged to provide the best possible protection during transit.
 Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
Tracking details will be provided once your parcel has been dispatched​. Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout

Once your parcel has been handed over to Australia Post, delivery is managed by them. While we take every care in packaging, Loloma Elements is unable to take responsibility for parcels that are lost, delayed, damaged, or stolen while in transit.

Optional Australia Post Insurance
For added peace of mind, Australia Post offers parcel insurance that covers lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit.
If you would like Australia Post insurance added to your order, please let us know before your parcel is posted. We are more than happy to arrange this and add the cost to your invoice.
Once your parcel has been lodged, any claims for loss or damage must be made directly through Australia Post.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of crystals being natural and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final.
Each piece may contain natural inclusions, variations, or markings — these are part of the crystal’s unique beauty and not considered faults. We do our best to photograph and describe each item as accurately as possible so you can purchase with confidence.

 In the Rare Event of Damage
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. While damage during shipping is beyond our control once the parcel has been lodged, we are always happy to guide you through the next steps with Australia Post.
